Kristine is a dedicated family law attorney with over 20 years of legal experience, aspiring to be your next Family Court Judge. Her passion for helping families and children navigate through difficult situations is the driving force behind her commitment to the intricacies of the Family Court system.

She has skillfully represented thousands of clients - mothers, fathers, grandparents, custodians, and children. She understands that she is dealing with the lives of the most important people to her clients - their children. She is known for her patience, compassion, and her ability to educate clients about the legal process, ensuring they are informed every step of the way.

Kristine's extensive experience covers a wide range of matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, custody disputes, domestic violence, child abuse, neglect, and parental rights termination cases, amongst others. She has been a tireless advocate for children's rights, serving as an Attorney for the Child in numerous complex cases.

Born and raised in Henrietta, NY, Kristine has run her successful law firm in her hometown for nearly 20 years, managing business operations and delivering quality legal services to her community. Her academic achievements include an Associate of Science from Monroe Community College, a Bachelor of Science Degree from SUNY Brockport and a Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law. Following her graduation, she served the Monroe County Legal Assistance Corporation as an AmeriCorps Attorney, providing valuable legal services to low-income clients.

Outside her professional life, Kristine is a devoted wife to her husband, Peter, and a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and biking, and spending quality time with her family, including her two beloved Bichon-poos, Callie and Eli.

Kristine firmly believes in the power of positivity and extends her helping hand to mentor the youth in financial literacy and entrepreneurship. Her dedication to her community is evident in her voluntary work with church, various non-profit organizations, and her efforts in food and clothing distribution during holidays. She is a firm believer in empowering children to overcome poverty through education, housing, sanitation, clean water, healthcare, and access to healthy living options.
