Additionally, we'll delve into how these young adults are supported beyond job opportunities, receiving assistance in areas like technical skills, childcare, and monetary incentives, as well as access to essential services such as food and housing. The program also connects them to various grant-funded training programs, aiming to enhance their career paths and future prospects.
