At 63 years old, Larry brings a lifetime of experience and insight, drawing from his distinguished 27-year career as a pharmaceutical representative with Bristol Myers Squibb. His journey, which began in sales and included a notable stint as a news reporter after graduating from SUNY Geneseo in 1983, reflects his commitment to excellence and service.

Larry’s perspective is as unique as it is principled. Politically left leaning, yet steadfast in his support for life, liberty, justice, and the pursuit of happiness for all, Larry’s convictions are deeply rooted in his role as a father and community leader. As a proud father to Lauren Demo and Anthony Allocco-Angell, and father-in-law to my son, Brandon Demo, Larry exemplifies what it means to lead with love, integrity, and purpose.

In our conversation, we explore Larry’s Jewish heritage and his thoughts on the ongoing war against Israel, his views on the state of politics, and the challenges of navigating party ideology in a polarized landscape. We also discuss Kamala Harris’s rise as the Democratic nominee and its implications for democracy, as well as the next steps for leadership in these critical times.
