Johnnie "Flash" Figueroa, a renowned figure in the world of martial arts, revolutionized the discipline in 1975 with the introduction of Ibuke-Do in Rochester, NY. This innovative system, which blends elements from five distinct martial arts disciplines, demonstrated Figueroa's deep understanding and respect for the art form.
