Started in 2014 helping to bring awareness to our Vetetans that struggle with ptsd. Trying to break the stigma so we can freely talk about mental health, depression, suicide and ptsd.
After losing my best friend in 2016 I jumped all in to bring awareness no matter where I am and strike up the hard to talk about conversation.where people ask what does the 22 stand for. This opens the door to talk.
